SahajBiz is software you use online. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
When Pro starts
SahajBiz Pro is switched on for your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. A payment through a bank mandate can take a few working days for the bank to confirm; Settings → Your plan shows it as pending until then.
If it does not arrive
If you have paid and your plan does not show Pro within 2 working days, write to us from the Contact page with the payment reference. We will switch it on or refund you in full.
