Accepting these terms
SahajBiz is run by Swati Bhushan Sonawane, 9, SaiGanesh Apartment, Nashik, Maharashtra, 422009. Using SahajBiz — the app or the WhatsApp tools — means you agree to these terms. If you run your business with SahajBiz, these are the rules both sides work by.
What SahajBiz is
SahajBiz is a record-keeping assistant for small businesses: spoken orders, a ledger, WhatsApp drafts you send yourself, a catalog, and bill and shop links you can share with your customers. Your shop link stays off until you switch it on. Automated WhatsApp messaging is unavailable while its review is pending. SahajBiz does not hold money, give financial advice, or stand between you and your customers.
AI features turn speech and photos into drafts for you to check. A draft is a suggestion — you confirm every order, price and message before it counts or is sent.
Your account
You can use SahajBiz on one device without an account. Signing in backs your book up to the cloud and follows you across devices. Keep your sign-in to yourself — entries made from your account are yours.
You must be old enough to run a business and enter contracts where you live. One account is meant for one business.
Fair use
Use SahajBiz for your own genuine business records. Do not use it to spam people, to send messages customers never asked for, or to store content that is illegal or belongs to someone else.
Do not probe, overload or break the service, and do not resell it as your own. We can suspend an account that harms other users or the service, and will say why.
Fees and billing
The free plan costs nothing. SahajBiz Pro costs ₹99 a month, inclusive of all taxes, and subscribing is always your choice. Every new account starts with 7 days of full Pro and no payment; after that, the first ₹99 is charged only when you subscribe, and the 7-day money-back promise covers it. You can choose to pay yearly instead: ₹999 a year, inclusive of all taxes, and the same promise covers the first yearly payment.
Pro renews automatically every month, and ₹99 is charged in advance for each month through Razorpay, our payment partner, until you cancel. Your bank or card issuer may notify you before each charge. This is a payment from a SahajBiz subscriber to SahajBiz only; SahajBiz never accepts or processes payments from that subscriber's customers. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay directly; SahajBiz never sees or stores them. On the yearly plan, ₹999 is charged in advance for each year instead.
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay tries again over the following days; if it still fails, Pro pauses and your records stay exactly as they were. If the price changes, you will be told at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription any time from Settings, with no call and no questions. The plan stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops — nothing more is charged.
You can also stop using SahajBiz entirely: export your book from Settings, then delete the account there. Deleting the account cancels a subscription at once, so nothing more is charged, and the rest of that month ends with it.
Refunds

Your data
Your book belongs to you. What SahajBiz collects, where it lives and how to get it deleted is written in the privacy policy — the short version: your records are stored to run the service for you, and never sold.
Promises and limits
We work to keep SahajBiz fast, safe and available, but it is provided as-is: no software is guaranteed to be free of downtime or mistakes, and AI drafts can be wrong. Keep the confirm step honest — check what it writes.
To the extent the law allows, SahajBiz's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes, law and contact
These terms can change as the product grows. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app before they take effect; carrying on after that means you accept them.

Referral rewards
When a new owner creates a SahajBiz account within 7 days of opening your invite, bill or shop link, and then records at least 10 orders on at least 7 different days, you and the new owner each get one free month of Pro. Each account can earn at most 12 free months. Quotes and cancelled orders do not count, and two accounts running the same business are one owner.
A free month has no cash value and cannot be transferred. While Pro is optional, it is saved: each time you pay ₹99 for Pro, one saved month refunds that payment in full, back to the way you paid, within 5–7 working days. Rewards gained through fake orders or accounts may be withdrawn. Saved months end when the account is deleted. On the yearly plan, a saved month refunds ₹99 of the yearly payment instead.
