SahajBiz is in early access and free. This policy exists so you can read the rules before paid plans arrive — no payment is taken until prices are published and you have chosen a plan yourself.
Cancel any time
A subscription can be cancelled any time from Settings → Your plan, in two taps. No phone call, no form, no reason needed.
Cancelling stops the next charge. The plan you have paid for keeps working until the end of its billing period, and your records stay yours and exportable afterwards.
7-day money back
If SahajBiz Pro is not right for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and the full amount is refunded — no questions asked.
The money-back promise covers your first payment for a plan, not later renewals. For a renewal charged in error, write to us and we will put it right.
How to ask
Send the request from the Contact page — email or WhatsApp — from the account that paid, with the payment reference if you have it.
We reply within 2 working days, and a refund decision does not depend on you agreeing to stay.
When the money arrives
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Banks sometimes take a little longer to show it.
